Our company’s best-selling products are wire and bar steel rolls in the company’s own high-speed steel alloys HDW5<\/a>, HDW6<\/a> and HDW7<\/a>. A special feature is the high hardness of up to 66 HRc, which we achieve with our HDW7.
We guarantee consistent quality in all production steps – from raw material purchasing and melting to CNC machining and tempering – thanks to our in-house production, which is transparent, traceable and controllable at all times. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWe manufacture wear-resistant and precise straightening rollers that deliver consistently reliable results even under high loads.\n\nWe basically distinguish between two production options: one-piece straightening rollers or two-piece straightening rollers. The straightening body, usually made from tool steel and in special cases from HDW7<\/g> (64-66 HRc), is shrunk onto a hardened and tempered steel axle. They therefore make a significant contribution to process reliability. \n\nTo ensure high wear resistance, we use our proprietary HDW1<\/a> alloy, which has enabled us to achieve a significant increase in service life compared to standard tool steel alloys.
