High-speed steel rollers - individually manufactured for your requirements

Our company’s best-selling products are wire and bar steel rolls in the company’s own high-speed steel alloys HDW5, HDW6 and HDW7. A special feature is the high hardness of up to 66 HRc, which we achieve with our HDW7.
We guarantee consistent quality in all production steps – from raw material purchasing and melting to CNC machining and tempering – thanks to our in-house production, which is transparent, traceable and controllable at all times. We also reliably implement individual customer requirements.

Stretch reducing rollers are crucial for the surface quality and dimensional accuracy of an end product and therefore manufacturing must be of extreme precision. For us, they are an integral part of our portfolio.

Manufactured from our tried and tested materials, our stretch-reducing rollers impress with maximum load-bearing capacity. Do you have special requirements for your forming rolls? We develop special alloys exactly to your specifications and produce the exact tool parts you need.

Perfect material guidance in the rolling process

Straightening rollers -
one- or two-piece, precisely manufactured

We manufacture wear-resistant and precise straightening rollers that deliver consistently reliable results even under high loads. We basically distinguish between two production options: one-piece straightening rollers or two-piece straightening rollers. The straightening body, usually made from tool steel and in special cases from HDW7 (64-66 HRc), is shrunk onto a hardened and tempered steel axle. This design makes it possible to select the optimum material for the respective requirement and allows the axle to be reused after the straightening shell has worn out.

For maximum service life in continuous use

Guide rollers - wear-resistant & economical

Guide rollers hold workpieces precisely in shape during rolling, transportation or processing and prevent lateral movements. They therefore make a significant contribution to process reliability. To ensure high wear resistance, we use our proprietary HDW1 alloy, which has enabled us to achieve a significant increase in service life compared to standard tool steel alloys. Today, around 90 % of our guide rollers are manufactured in HDW1.

Transport rollers -
for safe and smooth material flow

Transport rollers are used to move workpieces or semi-finished products safely and efficiently within rolling mills and production facilities. A robust design, high load capacity and smooth running to prevent material damage are of fundamental importance.

Based on our many years of experience, we produce customized transport rollers for you that are adapted to different environmental conditions such as temperature.
