Precise casting for the highest demands
Customized castings made from high-speed steel and tool steel
Our foundry is the starting point for roller production. In a 2.5 t induction furnace, we produce ingots according to customer-specific dimensions and qualities. The focus is on high-speed and tool steels in our own HDW grades. We ensure the consistently high quality of our materials through continuous monitoring by our metallurgist in the company’s own testing and research laboratory.
Perfect surfaces for optimum further processing
Sandblasting of components up to 2000 kg
Our blasting system with a turntable diameter of 2000 mm enables the processing of parts up to a unit weight of 2000 kg. You can rely on our services for efficient cleaning and preparation of your components.
Optimum heat treatment for long-lasting products
Vacuum hardening with maximum process reliability
In our hardening shop, our products are tempered in an 800 kg vacuum furnace and two tempering furnaces. Modern process control and constant monitoring guarantee maximum reproducibility during heat treatment and ensure consistent quality and durability of the end product. Batch allocation ensures QS-compliant traceability of the entire production process.

Modern CNC technology for complex workpieces
Thanks to continuous investment in our machinery, we now mainly work with CNC-controlled lathes and milling machines. This not only increases our capacity, but also the efficiency of machining, enabling us to ensure cost-effective production in Germany. Our more than three decades of experience in working with high-strength materials is reflected in the durability of our products.
